PRINT + FRAME

If choosing the framed option, the print is then framed in a painted timber shadowbox frame made of sustainable and locally sourced Victorian ash &  Tasmanian Oak.

It is set back from a 3mm museum grade plexiglass, which is lighter than glass and helps to protect the image from UV damage, whilst being shatter proof.

Each frame is hand cut and carefully assembled here in Melbourne.

The frame is bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service. All work is insured against loss or damage.

Every print is custom made on a per order basis so please choose carefully and check that all the details are correct before submitting an order. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please get in touch as soon as possible.

  • The artwork is printed on a 300 gsm 100% cotton rag, which is considered to have a low environmental impact as it is produced from a recycled by-product of the textile industry.
No cotton is grown specifically to make this paper stock.

The frames are produced in Melbourne to a museum standard by skilled craftspeople under fair and safe working conditions.

The frames are made from locally-sourced Victorian ash which has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
FSC certification provides the highest level of protection for rare and endangered forests and wildlife of any existing forest certification scheme and is the only system that mandates consultation with local Indigenous Peoples.

The framed artworks are wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap, designed to degrade plastic in a landfill overtime.
The piece is then framed in cartons from 3BC stock which is comprised of 77% recycled content and 33% from FSC certified kraft fibres that are sourced in Victoria.
